tulsamenopauseHere is a good read if you have any interest at all in learning everything about menopause whether you are in it, getting ready for it, or past it and want to educate someone else with some good information.  The book is “The Wisdom of Menopause” by Christiane Northrup, M.D.

There are so many things to know about this subject.  It is a lot easier to get through something if you understand what is happening.  This book really gives you the information you need to understand about menopause.

It goes into everything from how menopause affects your body, mind, and emotions to why bestselling drugs like Premarin and Prempro may not be the best choice.
